Is an extended appendix allowed in a PhD thesis?

thesis-dissertation ▲ 1 2 views 2026-10-08

My full interview transcripts and codebook would add 200 pages. My supervisor wants the appendix online only and the examiners want everything bound in. What is normal practice and does the word count include appendices?
