Editorial Policy

EduPath Hub publishes practical educational guidance for students and applicants. Every item must address a clear educational need and provide specific, understandable value.

How our content is produced (transparent process)

Our guides and answers are produced through a documented AI-assisted editorial pipeline — we disclose this openly because transparency matters more to us than the appearance of a large human newsroom:

  1. Question sourcing: every guide starts from a real student question published on our student guides platform or from actual search demand data (public autocomplete queries) — never from keyword lists we invented.
  2. AI-assisted draft: a draft is generated with a large language model, working from the original question and the sources it cites.
  3. Automated quality gates: the draft passes programmatic checks — every number in the text must appear verbatim in the source material; near-duplicate detection against our entire existing library; citation-style validation; originality screening; English-language verification; and rejection of meta-commentary or AI refusals.
  4. Sensitivity review: finance, legal, health, and admissions content faces additional checks against unsupported claims and is rejected if it invents rules, dates, or guarantees.
  5. Human editorial oversight: the founding editor supervises the pipeline, reviews rejections and edge cases, and can override any automated decision. Corrections are published under the same review.

We also publish original data research: the Student Writing Trends Report is computed directly from our question database.

Publication standards

We require relevance, originality, clarity, completeness, language quality, internal consistency, safety, and no unsupported claims. Duplicate, promotional, misleading, incoherent, or shallow material is not published.

Sensitive subjects

Education finance, admissions outcomes, legal questions, health, and institutional policies can change or depend on individual circumstances. We use cautious language, avoid guarantees, and direct readers to current official sources or qualified professionals when appropriate.

Corrections and removal

Published material is reviewed again when quality concerns arise, and guides display a "last updated" date when revised. Content that no longer meets our standards is corrected or removed (removed URLs return a permanent 410 so search engines drop them cleanly). To report an issue, contact privacy@edupathhub.online.

Service reviews methodology

Our service reviews are built from each service's official website: we fetch the live site, extract verifiable facts (prices, deadlines, guarantees), and reject any figure we cannot trace to the source. Review ordering is not sold. Each review carries an affiliate disclosure and an academic-integrity note.

Commercial independence

Sponsored placements and affiliate links are labelled and do not determine editorial conclusions. The presence of a sponsor never affects the guidance in our educational articles.
