How to use the Study Planner
Enter your exam date, subject, and daily study hours. The planner generates a day-by-day schedule using spaced repetition — the scientifically proven method where you review material at increasing intervals to lock it into long-term memory.
What is spaced repetition?
Review material at increasing intervals: day 1, day 3, day 7, day 14. Each review strengthens memory. Used by medical students worldwide.
The Pomodoro technique
Study 25 minutes, break 5 minutes. After 4 rounds, take a 20-minute break. Keeps focus sharp and prevents burnout.
How far in advance?
SAT/ACT: 3–6 months. Finals: 2–3 weeks. AP exams: 1–2 months. LSAT/MCAT: 3–6 months. Starting early is the biggest predictor of success.
