I have dysgraphia and can't figure out the APA formatting for my 10 page psych paper due Friday, can someone help?

I'm a sophomore Psychology major and my brain just freezes up when I look at the paper guide for citations. I tried using an online generator but it keeps putting the commas in the wrong spots and it looks messy. I have a disability accommodation for extra time but I still don't get how to set up the hanging indents. Should I just ask my professor for a simplified template or is there a tool that actually does it right?
