How do I actually start writing the results section of my first sociology research paper without staring at a blank screen for hours?

I'm a sophomore sociology major and I've never had to write a formal results section before, but mine is due next Friday. I have all my data sorted in Excel, but I'm completely frozen and keep procrastinating because I don't know how to transition from raw numbers to actual paragraphs. I tried looking at some old sample papers from the library, but they're way more complex than my project. Do you have any specific templates or brainstorming strategies to help me just get the first few sentences down?
