How do I correctly format MLA in-text citations for a peer-reviewed journal article when there are four different authors?

I'm a first-gen sophomore majoring in Sociology and I have a 2,000-word research paper due this Friday. I've been looking at the rubric and some online guides, but I'm getting confused about whether to list every name or use 'et al.' for my journal sources. I've already started my Works Cited page, but I can't figure out the right way to do the parenthetical citations in the actual paragraphs.
