How can I develop greater focus for my 3-hour group project presentations, especially when our team's conflicting schedules make it hard to meet before class on Fridays?

As a sophomore majoring in Marketing, I'm struggling to stay concentrated during our group project presentations in my Business Communication course. Our team has to work remotely since we're in different dorms and only have Fridays free, but it's challenging to meet before class as our schedules don't align. I've tried to schedule virtual meetings during the same day but they get disrupted by classmates knocking on my door. I'm getting anxious about not meeting our professor's deadline for the final presentation, which is due next week. Specifically, I'm stuck on finding ways to ensure everyone stays focused during the presentation and doesn't get sidetracked by personal conversations.
