Does MLA require page numbers in annotated bibliography?

I am finishing a 15-20 page research paper for my advanced rhetoric seminar and my TA mentioned that the bibliography format is frequently rejected for minor spacing errors. I have five book sources and three journal articles, and I am unsure if the hanging indent rules differ from a standard works cited list. I want to avoid losing points on the formatting rubric since the content is already polished.
