Annotated bibliography for UCAS nursing application?

I am a high-school senior applying to university nursing programs through UCAS, and the personal statement supplement requires a short annotated bibliography of three peer-reviewed articles. I have no idea if I should use APA or Harvard style, and I am terrified of getting the citation format wrong on my first application. My school counselor said to focus on the content, but I want to look professional before I submit.
