Is one night enough to finish a 12-page APA essay?

I’m working full‑time as a project manager and taking a graduate‑level education methods course. The final essay is 12 pages, APA 7th edition, and is due tomorrow at 9 am. I have drafted an outline but haven’t started writing or citing any sources yet, and I’m terrified of unintentionally plagiarising. How much time should I realistically allocate to write and properly cite everything without compromising academic integrity?
