Can a published chapter go into my thesis without breaching the journal agreement?
One of my chapters is already published in a Q1 journal and the thesis version has extra analysis. The journal's policy says accepted manuscripts can be deposited in institutional repositories. Does the thesis count, and do I need written permission?
